- How do you help grant Families Disney Vacation Wishes through The Wishing Well? The Wishing Well receives about 10 Wishes a month. Each wish comes from a family who needs help. We have had requests for utility assistance to 8 year old boys asking for Mickey Mouse ears. The list really is endless. We strive to help as many of these families and people as we can to help spread Disney Magic far and wide. 1% of your vacation purchase goes directly toward The Wishing Well, the charitable arm of Wishing Well Travel to help make all these wishes come true!
- Can I still work with Wishing Well Travel even if I have already booked my vacation? Of course you can! We would love to help you plan the best vacation possible. And, we might be able to get you a better rate, or more extras. And, best of all -- our services are still FREE to you!
- We have special needs within our group; can Wishing Well Travel accommodate that? Most definitely, just tell us what the needs are of your individual group and we will make sure that the proper arrangements, and accommodations are met! No extra charge.
- Can Wishing Well Travel help with our group accommodations? We love groups! No matter how big your group is we can help you to plan the best vacation you could possibly dream of. We can handle group hotel, dining, and extracurricular activities flawlessly, helping to take some of the stress of planning your big event off of your shoulders. - If a promotions is announced after my vacation is already booked with Wishing Well Travel, can I still get the discount? Absolutely! We will automatically apply any special rate from promotions released after your vacation is booked. That means that Wishing Well Travel can save you money without you having to do anything! We continuously monitor you vacation to get you the best possible price, and that's a guarantee we stand by.
- How do your Interest Free Payment Plans Work? The initial down payment for your vacation can vary, but can sometimes be as low as $200.00. Once your deposit is made, your vacation is booked, and as long as your vacation is paid in full 60 days before your travel date you can make payments in any increment at any time. This plan costs no additional fees and is interest free. It's just one more way Wishing Well Travel helps to make your vacation attainable.
- I need to change or Cancel My Vacation, What do I do? Simply contact your personal Travel Agent and we can help you to make the changes or cancelations that you need. Wishing Well Travel never charges for cancelled or altered vacations. However, not all funds may be returned to you based on Disney terms and Conditions. Depending on when you are cancelling your vacation, and if it includes airfare will determine how much will be returned to you. Your travel Agent can help you figure out more.
