Attendees of Senior Cruise Trip must be students of one of the approved High Schools listed here (Student ID is required for verification), or invited and approved guests. Guests can be parents, siblings and on the rare occasion – even friends. All attending students aged 18 and under must submit a parent permission and release form by December 31st 2012.
Reservation and Deposit of 200.00 per traveling individual must be submitted and accepted by May 15th 2012 (2013). Balance remainder due by April 16th 2013 (2014).
Chaperone Positions are: Available! Contact Rebecca Ethington at 801-244-2287 to request a Chaperone position or get on the chaperone waiting list. All Chaperones must be 25 or older and pass a background check.

You will be contacted by Wishing Well Travel with 48 hours after your form is submitted to arrange payment. We accept cash, cashiers checks, PayPal or credit cards. Although the minimum deposit is not due until November 15th we encourage all interested parties in submitting a reservation form to ensure they are guaranteed a spot.

Special Travel pricing available to all students aged 16 and up and chaperones. Students aged 14 and older, must be traveling with parent or guardian. Students aged 16 and older are welcome regardless. Minimum attendance numbers apply. *Prices subject to change based on occupancy, attendance, and park attendance.
